2010 Apex Wrestling Camp

Located in the upstate NY area (Rochester), the Apex Wrestling Programs, have been helping wrestlers since 2000, to enhance their wrestling technique, develop mental toughness and elevate competition intensity. Apex Wrestling provides instruction from coaches and clinicians who have found success from the high school level up to and including the collegiate or national level as a competitor and/or as a coach. This is just one of the reasons we attribute to the success of the wrestlers that emerge from this club.

Apex Youth Camp- 3 Choices
Date: March 10-May 22, 2014 Date: July 28-29, 2014 Date Choice #1: July 7-10, 2014
Apex Wrestling Club helps to develop techniques specific to international styles and to facilitate development in match experiences. Live wrestling will be made available at every session. Learn technique or just wrestle, the GRIND MAT gives every wrestler the option to do what they want. Geared for wrestlers in 7th grade and up.

Four convenient locations for practice within the Greater Rochester area: Pittsford, Webster Schroeder, Rush Henrietta and Spencerport.
The Apex Wrestling Commuter Camp is in its 10th year and is designed for wrestlers in 7th grade and up. This year's camp clinicians are:

Mitch Clark, NCAA Champion and a 2X NCAA Finalist at The Ohio State University. Currently assists the wrestlers at Cornell University and the Finger Lakes Wrestling Club.

Jason Bovenzi, Assistant Wrestling Coach at the Rochester Institute of Technology. 2X Division 3 NCAA Champion from St. Lawrence University and Ithaca College and 3X All American.

Stas Khaitin, 3X Collegiate All American at Colby CC (JC), Wartburg College (D3), and Central Missouri State (D2) respectively. A native of the Ukraine, Stas placed top 6 in the European Freestyle Championships as a Junior. Stas also is an Assistant Coach at the Tiger Style Elite Wrestling Club.
Wrestling and/or Football camp for 3rd-8th grade and is designed to provide top notch instruction at a reasonable price. The camp's philosophy is to teach and reinforce the basic skills and fundamentals while gradually progressing into higher levels of technique. You will receive instruction from former high school and collegiate champions.

Date Choice #2: July 22-25, 2013
This additional camp is for 2nd- 7th grades and is designed to teach and reinforce the basic skills and fundamentals of wrestling while gradually progressing into higher levels of technique. The camp will stress strategies and techniques that have been proven to be successful for all wrestlers and promote fun in a physical setting while focusing on learning.
