Apex Wrestling Club will be running two separate training camps. Each camp has instruction each day and practice designed to provide high level of instruction, drill, and competitive live wrestling situations. Both camps are recommended to members of the APEX Teams entered in Thousand Island Duals, but not limited to them. Slots will be made available to other athletes who would like to attend the camp.

SECTION V’s FINEST: Week 1: July 26- July 30, 2010. Deadline for registration is July 19, 2010

THE GRANBY SYSTEM: Week 2: August 2- August 6, 2010. Deadline for registration is July 21, 2010

The Cost of the Camp is $120 which includes instruction, t-shirt, and a water bottle. All individuals must send in the registration form with a $50 non-refundable deposit. Since there will be only a limited number of campers, your $50 will be returned if you are not accepted. If you paid in full and for some unforeseen reason you cannot attend, please contact us no later than one week prior to the start of your camp and a refund, minus the deposit, will be returned.

If you would like to attend both weeks, the cost is $220. Family discounts are available for those registering more than 2 wrestlers.

About the Granby System:
You will learn a system that has produced 44 state team championships and over 180 individual state champions, as well as several high school & NCAA All-Americans and National Champions. We will break each hold into steps, and drill repetitively to perfection. All of our holds are taught in a series to instill chain wrestling into your athletes. Chain wrestling is the key to success at every level of the sport. This camp is designed for all wrestling at all ages and skill levels that want to develop a winning system.

You Will Learn In Simple Drills:
• A masterful wrestling series that is simple, interrelated, and easily understood.
• Techniques that empower the wrestler to combat any situation
• Specific strategy and drills for every move taught
• Systematic arsenal of moves to compliment your wrestling style
• A collection of eye opening details that will allow for easy learning
