Apex Wrestling
Club helps to develop techniques specific to international styles
and to facilitate development in match experiences. Live wrestling
will be made available at every session. Learn technique or just
wrestle, the GRIND MAT gives every wrestler the option to do what
they want.

Apex Wrestling Youth Club is for experienced wrestlers grades 4th-8th.
The goal of this club is to teach and reinforce the basic skills and fundamentals of wrestling while gradually progressing into higher levels of technique.
We will stress strategies and techniques that have been proven to promote fun in a physical setting while focusing on learning. The athletes will be surrounded with other wrestlers of similar ability and motivation. The wrestlers will learn how to drill at an advanced pace and be placed in match situations. |
Training camp geared for the athletes competing in the 1000 Islands Duals.
The Week 1 Camp will feature Jasen Borshoff, Justin Lister, Matt Mariarcher and Ganbayar Sanjaa.
In the Week 2 Camp, you will learn from Steve Garland, Bill Jacoutot, Mike Massenzio and Mitch Clark.
The Training Camp is recommended to members of the APEX Teams entered in Duals, but not limited to them. Slots will be made available to other athletes who would like to attend the camp.

Apex Youth Camp is designed to provide top notch instruction at a reasonable price.
The camp's philosophy is to teach and reinforce the basic skills and fundamentals of wrestling while gradually progressing into higher levels of technique. You will receive instruction from former high school and collegiate champions.
Optional for this years camp is that you can compliment your wrestling camp with either a football or lacrosse camp.
The Wrestling and Lacrosse camps are designed for wrestlers entering grades 1st-7th for the 2011-12 school year. The Wrestling and Football camps are designed for wrestlers entering grades 2nd-8th for the 2011-12 school year. |
