Apex boasts guaranteed exposure to the highest level of competition in the area. The only club where EAST MEETS WEST that is designed for wrestlers in grades 7 and up. Scholastic, Freestyle, and Greco-Roman wrestling instruction is taught three times a week. Come prepared to wrestle the first night!

Apex Wrestling Club sends 3 teams to the 1000 Islands Duals (2 High School 1 Middle School). Club participation gives wrestlers the opportunity to earn a spot on one of these teams.
Philosophy
» Develop techniques specific to international styles, facilitate development in match experiences. Live wrestling will be made available at every session.
» Home of the GRIND MAT!
» Learn technique or just wrestle, the GRIND MAT gives every wrestler the option to do what they want.
Dates


» Sessions begin Monday March 8th and end May 20th. Monday sessions will be at Spencerport from 7:30-9:00* until Spring Recess. Tuesday sessions will be at Schroeder HS from 7-8:30. Thursday sessions will be at Pittsford from 7:00-8:30.     *No practice will be held over Spring Recess

» REGISTRATION

Online - January 23rd until March 12th
Monday, March 9th, from 7:30 to 9:00pm at Spencerport’s Cosgrove Middle School.
Tuesday March 10th from 7:00 to 8:30pm at Webster Schroeder HS.
Wednesday March 11th from 7:00 to 8:30pm at Hilton HS.
Thursday, March 12th, from 7:00 to 8:30pm at Calkins Road Middle School in Pittsford.
Fee


» For all participants, the fee will be $100, (USA Card is not provided or required for Apex Club use) Please make checks payable to: Apex Wrestling Club.
